Victory In Christ Church – Words of Encouragement (01/12/25)
Dear Victory In Christ Church Family, Grace and peace be with you on this blessed Sunday, January 12, 2025! As we gather today, let us be reminded that we serve a faithful God who never fails. No matter what trials we face, He is our strength, our provider, and our victory. You are not here by accident—God has a divine purpose for your life, and He is working all things together for your good!
Life often brings moments of uncertainty, but as believers, we stand on a foundation that cannot be shaken—God’s Word. Isaiah 40:31 reminds us, “But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.”No matter what you’re facing today—whether it’s a financial struggle, a health battle, or emotional burdens—God is with you. He has promised to renew your strength when you trust in Him. Hold on to His promises, for they are yes and amen in Christ Jesus!
There may be times when you feel forgotten or overwhelmed. The enemy wants to isolate you and make you believe that no one understands your pain. But that is a lie! Hebrews 13:5 assures us, “Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you. ” You are not alone in your struggles. God walks with you every step of the way. He sees your tears, hears your prayers, and knows your heart. Even in the moments of silence, He is working behind the scenes for your breakthrough. Trust Him and know that He is closer than you realize.
Victory is not determined by your circumstances but by your faith in Christ. 1 John 5:4 tells us, “For everyone born of God overcomes the world. This is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith.” Your faith is your greatest weapon. Speak life over your situation. Declare God’s goodness even when you can’t see the outcome. Walk with confidence, knowing that your victory has already been won through Jesus Christ.
Sometimes, the hardest step is the next one. The past may try to hold you back, regrets may try to weigh you down, but God is calling you forward! Philippians 3:13-14 encourages us, “Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus. ” Do not allow past failures, mistakes, or disappointments to stop you from moving forward. God’s grace is greater, His mercy is new every morning, and His love never fails. Rise up, keep pressing forward, and step into the victory that belongs to you!
As we worship together today, let’s rejoice in the goodness of God. He is our strength, our peace, and our salvation. Keep believing, keep trusting, and keep walking in faith—your victory is already won in Christ!
